Digital signage provider embed signage has launched its solution integration with mobile ordering application Flypay, the company announced.

According to the announcement, Flypay is closing in on 1 million users and is being used by chains such as Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Jamie’s Italian and Chilango. The Flypay mobile application gives users the ability to pay at table, order and collect, order at table and even order at bar all from their phone.

Embed signage now integrates with Flypay, providing the ability to display mobile orders directly to digital signage displays, so both staff and customers can see their on-the-fly information. Chilango has deployed an order-and-collect display, increasing efficiency, communication channels and creating a positive brand experience, all alongside its existing digital menu boards, where it advertises products leading to an increase in sales and reducing wait times, the announcement said.

Users of embed signage users can add the Flypay widget directly to any layout with just a few clicks, and the design and layout can be customized to fit any brand guidelines and configured to display store-specific order data directly from the Flypay app using a unique store ID, the company said.

The new integration is aimed at providing a fully integrated digital menu board and mobile ordering application solution for the restaurant market with a primary focus on increasing orders, sales, reducing wait times and improving consumer communication.

“The integration with Flypay’s mobile ordering application offers another solution package for users of our software at no additional cost,” said Daniel Cruickshank, head of Flypay integration at embed signage, in the announcement.
